Our first student placement of 2025

We’re delighted to have been joined by Tomas Kingdon today for a nine-week student placement. Tomas is a third year wildlife biology student at MTU Tralee.

It was a lovely day to be out surveying native oak woodland. Springtime is the ideal season for these surveys as woodland flora flowers early due to good light levels on the woodland floor before the trees come into leaf!
